The Big Picnic Terms and Conditions
- The Big Picnic is a free event open to everyone and is organised by Australian Surrogacy and Donor Week.
- By registering or attending the event, participants and their guests agree to these terms and conditions.
- Registration is required for attendance. The registration form must be completed accurately, and participants are encouraged to provide the correct information.
- Participants are responsible for themselves and their guests’ safety during the event and are expected to follow any guidelines provided by event organisers or volunteers.
- All children below the age of 12 need constant adult supervision.
- Aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and if the event organisers or volunteers deem behaviour unacceptable, participants may be asked to leave.
- Animals are only permitted if the location permits them. No animals indoors, except support animals as described by law.
- In case of any issues, participants should contact the organisers or volunteers and follow their directions. For emergencies, dial 000.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the event schedule or activities without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, and registered participants will be notified.
- Participants grant the organisers and volunteers the right to use event photographs and videos for promotional purposes. If any individual has concerns, they must notify event organisers in advance by emailing hello@asdw.au.
